"After every visit I was feeling better and better. After the treatment program ended along with a few follow up visits, I am virtually free of my allergies."  FF

New Patient Information

Before treatment

I ask that you eat a light meal or snack before your treatment. If you are coming to your appointment on an empty stomach, please let us know. Some patients experience dizziness, fainting, or nausea if their blood sugar is too low during treatment. Also, avoid drinking alcohol or smoking medicinal marijuana prior to coming to the clinic.

You may be more comfortable wearing loose-fitting clothes that can easily roll above the elbows and knees.
If you would like to complete the new patient forms prior to your visit, click on Patient information form or E-mail Megan and we will send them to you.

As a new patient, you should always inform any health practitioner about pre-existing conditions, the names of all medications you are taking, whether you are, or could be pregnant, and if you have a cardiac pacemaker or cosmetic implants.

I suggest that you download the Patient information form – downloadable pdf and complete the form prior to your first appointment. This will save you time for your first appointment.

Should I keep my appointment if I’m sick?

Yes. Acupuncture and herbal treatments are highly effective for treating acute conditions such as colds and flu, stomach viruses, and headaches. Patients often report immediate improvement in symptoms after acupuncture treatment and/or herbal therapy.

Fees

Please contact me at 970.596.1996 for pricing information.

We accept cash, credit card, or check. My goal is to provide the best care possible, the distraction of billing insurance would compromise my quality of care. Therefore, I do not directly bill any insurance plans. If your insurance offers out-of-network acupuncture coverage, after you pay at the time of service, I will give you a receipt that you mail to your insurance company so you can be reimbursed directly from them. Please note that your insurance companies may only provide acupuncture coverage depending on what you are being treated for.

Cancelation Policy

Please, be on time for your appointment so that you may benefit fully. If you must cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice so I can schedule someone else. Remember that when you make an appointment, I have reserved an extended time just for you. There will be a charge for a missed appointment without a 24-hour notice. Please let me know if you need a reminder phone call.
